Graphic Designer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Ukraine.

📋 Description

• Conduct high-volume resizing and localization of App Store and Google Play screenshots as well as promotional assets in various formats.

• Ensure brand and technical consistency for all resized and localized assets while adhering to stringent technical guidelines.

• Provide production-ready assets in a timely manner to support the User Acquisition (UA) and App Store Optimization (ASO) teams.

• Transition from supporting production tasks to taking full ownership of design projects and minor creative initiatives.

• Assist with internal visual projects and case study materials as required.

⛳️ Requirements

• Proven experience in creating marketing materials and promotional assets across multiple platforms and advertising networks.

• Proficiency in managing high volumes of resizing and layout adjustments swiftly and accurately.

• Practical experience using Figma and Adobe Creative Cloud, particularly Photoshop and Illustrator.

• Comprehensive understanding of composition, typography, color theory, and technical requirements for digital advertising channels.

• Keen attention to detail in maintaining grid alignment, visual hierarchy, and adherence to brand guidelines across variations.

• Proficient in English at a B1-B2 level or higher.

• Experience in preparing marketing graphics specifically for the App Store and Google Play is advantageous.

• Basic skills in motion design or animation using After Effects would be a plus.

• Familiarity with UI/UX principles is an added advantage.
