Graphic Designer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.

📋 Description

• Design graphics and visual materials for social media, websites, presentations, campaigns, events, and marketing efforts.

• Create presentations, banners, social media posts, infographics, and various digital and print assets.

• Collaborate with Marketing, Business, UI/UX, and other cross-functional teams to grasp requirements and convert ideas into impactful visual solutions.

• Ensure brand consistency across Solvative and Peerfives while tailoring designs for different audiences and communication purposes.

• Handle multiple design requests, prioritize tasks, and deliver work within established timelines.

• Integrate feedback and guarantee that final designs align with the required quality and brand standards.

• Organize and maintain design files, templates, and creative assets efficiently.

• Keep abreast of emerging design trends, creative tools, and AI-driven design workflows.

⛳️ Requirements

• 1–2 years of professional experience in graphic design.

• Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Figma, Canva, and other essential Adobe Creative Cloud tools.

• Strong understanding of typography, layout, color, composition, and visual hierarchy.

• Excellent attention to detail and a keen sense of aesthetics.

• Capacity to work independently while effectively collaborating with a remote team.

• Strong communication, organization, and time-management skills.

• A portfolio demonstrating relevant design work.

• Basic video editing capabilities.

• Familiarity with Adobe After Effects and Premiere Pro is a plus.

• Experience in creating and supporting social media content is advantageous.

• Basic understanding of UI/UX design.

• Knowledge of AI tools for design, content creation, and creative workflows is beneficial.
