This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Bring the Once Upon a Farm brand to life through various mediums including packaging, print, digital, retail, experiential events, and out-of-home media.
• Create designs for DTC insert catalogs and postcards.
• Develop signage for activations, experiential events, retail environments, and out-of-home media, which encompasses booths, banners, backdrops, wayfinding, giveaways, cooler and shelf graphics, billboards, and transit.
• Spearhead creative concept development for package artwork spanning cartons, pouches, labels, film, and cases.
• Conceptualize and refine packaging ideas utilizing emerging design and AI technologies.
• Refresh older package designs with innovative interpretations while ensuring the portfolio remains cohesive.
• Design assets for retail partners, including sell-in materials, sell-sheets, coupons, and shopper marketing creatives.
• Collaborate on the design of advertisements, social media graphics, and email creatives with the Digital Graphic Designer.
• Create and maintain templates and design systems.
• Liaise with printers and print vendors regarding bids, file uploads, and press checks.
• Coordinate with vendors and cross-functional teams to deliver press-ready and digital-ready files that meet specifications and deadlines.
• Guide freelance designers and illustrators through creative briefs and review processes.
• Apply and update brand guidelines consistently.
• Collaborate with creative teammates, brand representatives, sales, and cross-functional stakeholders to achieve business objectives and address feedback.
• Contribute innovative ideas beyond the brief for campaigns, packaging, and brand initiatives.
• Manage multiple projects, adhere to draft deadlines, and maintain organized working files.
• Report directly to the VP of Creative + Community within the Marketing Team.
• A minimum of 3 years of graphic design experience, preferably within CPG, food and beverage, or a rapidly growing consumer brand.
• A Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design or a related field is preferred; however, a strong portfolio is more significant than the degree—please include one.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign) and Figma.
• Familiarity with Claude, ChatGPT, and current AI design plugins, capable of producing photo-realistic renders for packaging, out-of-home, and in-store experiences.
• Motion/video skills are an added advantage.
• A solid understanding of modern design principles, with a strong emphasis on typography and layout craftsmanship.
• Highly organized with excellent time management abilities; adept at juggling multiple projects, prioritizing tasks, and meeting deadlines while maintaining attention to detail.
• Comfortable in a collaborative environment where each team member contributes to a variety of tasks.
• Thrives in a fast-paced environment where priorities may shift and volume is substantial, while still valuing process.
• Highly communicative and open in a dynamic remote environment, including early risk identification, transparency, and clear communication.
• Proficient in Microsoft Suite, Outlook, Slack, and other professional platforms.
• Willingness to travel up to 10%; anticipate potential travel a few times each quarter.

• Proven ability to excel in ambiguous situations, deeply understand business needs, formulate a cohesive strategy, and make high-judgment decisions.
• Previous experience in cross-functional collaboration between Sustainability and Marketing is preferred.
• Must reside in the United States to be eligible.
