This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Texas.
• Adhere to design guidelines to ensure projects are effectively branded, engaging, scalable, and efficient.
• Contribute to creative brainstorming sessions and guarantee designs are in line with overall communication strategies.
• Swiftly address problems, issues, or delays related to print or digital design and production deliverables.
• Collaborate with departmental teams to create or modify collateral supporting pre- and post-sales deliverables.
• Assist in developing custom designs for a revenue-generating communications program that meets client requirements.
• Engage in internal and external meetings to demonstrate capabilities and offer personalized guidance.
• Identify new areas for skill enhancement to improve team performance.
• Stay informed about changes in employee benefits regulations, industry trends, and best practices.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in employee benefits design and production.
• Bachelor's degree in design, communications, marketing, or a related discipline.
• Desired knowledge of employee benefits.
• Required experience in digital, print, and/or broadcast communications.
• Proficiency in Adobe, Asana, and Microsoft Office products is essential.
• Understanding of layout, typography, and visual hierarchy.
• Experience with templates, paragraph/character styles, and style sheets.
• Capability to work within brand guidelines while fostering creativity.
• Proven ability to collaborate effectively with team members and across departments.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to prioritize projects and function effectively under pressure.
