Graphic Designer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Malta.

📋 Description

• Spearhead the development and implementation of high-quality visual designs for Live Casino games and associated digital products.

• Create logos, icons, backgrounds, patterns, marketing materials, product branding frameworks, and graphics suitable for broadcast.

• Consistently enhance and update existing products to ensure visual appeal, market competitiveness, and adherence to design trends.

• Convert product vision and business goals into captivating visual experiences for players.

• Collaborate with Product Owners, UX/UI Designers, Developers, Studio, Marketing, Fashion, and Art Direction teams.

• Showcase creative concepts and design solutions to stakeholders and integrate feedback while upholding quality and consistency.

• Ensure that design execution aligns with creative expectations.

• Participate in the development of visual language, design systems, and creative benchmarks.

• Keep abreast of industry trends, new technologies, and best practices in design.

• Oversee multiple projects while maintaining meticulous attention to detail and adhering to production timelines.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 5 years of professional experience in Graphic Design.

• At least 2 years of experience in the Live Casino, iGaming, or a comparable entertainment sector.

• Proven experience in contributing to commercially launched digital products.

• Advanced skills in Adobe Creative Cloud, especially Illustrator and Photoshop.

• Strong familiarity with Figma and AI-driven design tools.

• Knowledge of Jira and Confluence.

• In-depth understanding of typography, colour theory, composition, layout, branding, illustration, and visual storytelling.

• Strong skills in illustration or drawing.

• Capability to convert business and product needs into engaging visual solutions.

• Exceptional attention to detail and dedication to pixel-perfect designs.

• Comfortable working in Agile teams and structured production workflows.

• Strong communication and presentation abilities.

• Capacity to juggle multiple priorities in a fast-paced production environment.

• Self-driven, proactive, and responsible with outstanding collaboration skills.

• Degree in Graphic Design, Digital Arts, or a related discipline.

• Full professional proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
