Graphic Designer – Ads

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.

📋 Description

• Transform campaign briefs into visual concepts that clearly define the audience, offer, and call to action.

• Design polished advertisements that effectively balance brand consistency with the requirements of the campaign.

• Create innovative variations for testing different imagery, layouts, and messaging strategies.

• Adapt approved concepts for various ad sizes and placements while maintaining readability and visual impact.

• Utilize campaign results and feedback from stakeholders to enhance creative work and articulate design modifications.

• Collaborate with marketing and copywriting teams to ensure that visuals and messaging convey a unified idea.

• Construct reusable templates and maintain organized asset libraries for consistent and efficient creative production.

• Provide quality-checked exports and editable source files within agreed timelines, addressing layout, copy, and formatting issues prior to handoff.

⛳️ Requirements

• Proven experience in converting creative briefs and brand guidelines into completed digital assets.

• Expertise in Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator, or similar professional design software.

• Capability to generate multiple interpretations of a brief and refine designs based on constructive criticism.

• Proficient in written and spoken English for effective remote collaboration.

• Strong project organization skills, including effective file naming, version control, and timely communication regarding deadlines.

• Skills in motion graphics or short-form video editing for advertising purposes.

• Experience in supporting creative A/B testing and leveraging campaign results to guide design choices.

• Knowledge of landing page or e-commerce creative design.

• Experience in creating reusable templates using Figma or Canva.
