Grants Manager – DDP

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Netherlands.

📋 Description

• Oversee and assist Grants officers in managing the regranting process.

• Create and monitor the annual planning for grants.

• Collaborate with program members on application calls.

• Confirm and validate partner contracts.

• Supervise applicant documentation.

• Coordinate with Tech Officers to ensure the Hypha application portal functions smoothly.

• Guarantee adherence to Hivos/DDP grants procedures.

• Lead and support the Grants Officers team.

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 4 years' experience in grants management.

• Outstanding communication abilities.

• Familiarity with grants procedures and regulations.

• Background in budget management.

• Strong analytical and reporting capabilities.

• Proficient in database management and reporting tools.

• Fluent in English; knowledge of Dutch is advantageous.
