This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Conduct discovery sessions to gain insights into client processes, reporting needs, and system architecture.
• Design and set up Workday solutions tailored to client specifications.
• Lead design meetings and workshops, fostering alignment and collaborative decision-making.
• Convert business requirements into scalable system configurations.
• Assist with data migration, integrations, testing strategies, and deployment tasks.
• Oversee deliverables to ensure they align with project schedules and milestones.
• Collaborate with senior leaders to suggest best practices and process enhancements.
• Keep abreast of Workday updates and new features, guiding clients on optimization possibilities.
• Play a role in internal capability development, knowledge exchange, and continuous improvement efforts.
• Minimum of 3 years of practical Workday Financials implementation experience.
• Current or recent Workday Certification in Grants Management.
• Strong understanding of non-profit accounting principles, federal grant regulations, and donor reporting standards.
• Familiarity with the Workday Customer Contracts and Billing frameworks.
• Experience assisting non-profit organizations in transitioning from legacy fund-accounting systems to Workday.
• Capability to develop and maintain a thorough understanding of Workday concepts, Core FINS enhancements, and cross-application features.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
• Proven ability to manage multiple engagements concurrently in a fast-paced consulting environment.
