This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Maryland.
β’ Evaluate grant applications, budget adjustments, supplemental submissions, waiver requests, and post-award obligations.
β’ Ensure that grant-related analyses and documentation are recorded accurately.
β’ Implement grant awards and associated administrative tasks in collaboration with federal personnel.
β’ Detect performance or compliance issues and assist in the creation of risk mitigation strategies.
β’ Offer guidance and customer support to help grant recipients maintain compliance.
β’ Track the progress of grant recipients in enhancing their performance and compliance.
β’ Utilize a Continuous Quality Improvement (CQI) methodology.
β’ Collect, analyze, and present data sourced from various channels.
β’ Bachelor's degree in early childhood education, human services, public administration, or a related discipline.
β’ Two years of progressively responsible professional experience in early childhood programs.
β’ Familiarity with federal information systems such as HSES, AMS, and GrantSolutions.
β’ Outstanding organizational and time management abilities.
β’ Capability to write clearly and succinctly, with a strong focus on detail.
β’ Robust analytical and critical thinking competencies.
β’ Proficiency in English, both spoken and written.
β’ Software skills: Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Power BI), Smartsheet.
β’ Professional customer service.
β’ Access to data management systems.
