This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in New Jersey.
• Provides high-touch engagement across various platforms, including inbound and outbound calls, email communications, and online scheduling requests related to Educational Programs.
• Responsible for coordinating the scheduling of Speech Language Pathologists for device demonstrations, webinars, and in-services, including the procurement of loaner devices and necessary materials.
• Manages scheduling for consumers participating in Communication Coaching sessions.
• Ensures timely arrival of device shipments for hands-on educational activities.
• Monitors cancellations and collaborates with SLPs to reschedule planned activities.
• Effectively multitasks and executes projects amidst a demanding workload, stringent deadlines, and fluctuating conditions.
• Coordinates the recall of loaner devices after the completion of demos and webinars.
• Assesses opportunities and customer concerns, directing them to the appropriate team member.
• Establishes LG accounts for external SLP users.
• Executes University-specific tracking and procedures.
• Delivers an exceptional customer service experience in every interaction, aligned with Lingraphica's core values.
• Collaborates with Clinical Educators as necessary for specific projects.
• Provides phone support for incoming and outgoing calls by facilitating the transfer of issues and questions related to specific Educational Programs.
• Oversees logistics and planning for educational events.
• Follows up with contacts and assigned leads (utilizing both internal and external list sources) to enhance engagement with educational programs.
• Proficient in basic computer applications with a willingness to learn new systems.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office 365.
• Self-motivated individual.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent verbal, phone, and written communication abilities.
• 1-2 years of related experience in customer service, sales, marketing, and/or administrative roles.
