This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Washington.
• Formulate and implement a business strategy aimed at driving growth within the territory and achieving or surpassing sales targets.
• Enhance the scope and impact of prescribing, optimize promotional budgets, and execute the national sales strategy in accordance with GRAIL standards.
• Identify and engage primary care practices to cultivate interest in Galleri and onboard early adopters.
• Represent and work alongside a diverse, cross-functional team to bolster competitiveness and foster innovation.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to provide field insights that inform strategy and execution.
• Recognize market opportunities, share best practices, and communicate effective selling techniques with colleagues, management, and the Commercial Team.
• Execute promotional initiatives that align with sales and marketing objectives.
• Partner with Medical Science Liaisons to inform providers about the science behind MCED technology and cultivate relationships with Key Opinion Leaders.
• Manage intricate customer accounts by engaging healthcare providers, administrators, and clinical staff through advanced consultative selling techniques.
• Evaluate territory performance trends, competitive dynamics, and customer behavior to refine strategy and pinpoint growth opportunities.
• Bachelor’s degree.
• Over 5 years of proven sales success, or 2+ years if the candidate has direct experience with GRAIL.
• Willingness to travel as necessary—approximately 85%, which may include overnight stays.
• Valid driver’s license.
