This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.
• Regional Ownership: Assume complete responsibility for a significant bicycle region in your locality, overseeing all business relationships from start to finish.
• Hunt, Close and Onboard New Retail Partners: Identify, engage, and onboard independent bike shops and regional chains within your territory. Your objective is to transform cold prospects into active partners who utilize Upway’s trade-in tool on a daily basis.
• Stock Purchasing: Identify and procure surplus stock from partners to enhance our product offerings.
• Build Long-Term Trust: The bicycle industry relies on relationships. You must be a dependable stakeholder, equally comfortable discussing technical specifications with a mechanic and negotiating contracts with a business owner.
• Negotiations: Achieve the most advantageous purchasing conditions for Upway through effective and strategic negotiation.
• Deploy Additional Services: Utilize your existing network of trusted partners to assist in the deployment of new services as we evolve the trade-in platform into a comprehensive B2B ecosystem (including pickup, drop-off, maintenance, B2B sales…)
• Experience: A strong enthusiasm for B2B Sales.
• Hunter Mindset: You are proactive in opening doors. You thrive on the excitement of closing new deals and do not easily accept "no" for an answer.
• Road Warrior: You gain energy from being in the field. You are prepared to travel 80% of the time within your region to enhance partner relationships.
• Analytical Hustle: You leverage data to prioritize targets and optimize your routes.
• Negotiation: A proven history of securing favorable terms through robust negotiation skills.

• Languages: Native-level proficiency in German and professional proficiency in English (for internal reporting and communication).
