This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Engage in authentic Sales roles.

• Take the initiative on individual and group projects that address real business challenges.

• Gain knowledge through job shadowing and hands-on experience.

• Collaborate with international and cross-functional teams.

• Gain an inside perspective on the business through visits to manufacturing facilities, sales offices, technical centers, and headquarters.

• Participate in customer visits and various business activities.

• Receive training in product, market, and business intelligence.

• Experience exposure to strategic decision-making at the European level.


⛳️ Requirements

• You have completed a degree or possess a comparable qualification, preferably in a business, technical, or analytical discipline such as economics, finance, or engineering.

• Demonstrated critical thinking and problem-solving skills.

• Awareness of data and an analytical mindset (comfortable working with numerical data and insights).

• Proficiency in AI and a keen interest in digital tools that aid sales and decision-making processes.

• Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities.

• Results-oriented attitude with a strong motivation to achieve outcomes.

• Customer-focused mindset with an eagerness to comprehend client needs.

• High proficiency in both German and English, written and spoken (C1 level or higher).

• Possession of a valid driver's license.

• A strong willingness to travel internationally and work in a diverse, intercultural setting.

• Must be embarking on your first full-time professional role.

• Eager to develop a long-term career in a business environment.
