Graduate Field Service Engineer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in New Zealand.

📋 Description

• Installation, configuration, and commissioning of Agilent instruments

• Conducting preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs

• Offering clients guidance on best practices and service plans

• Delivering application-level support and training to customers

⛳️ Requirements

• Relevant Master's Degree or Bachelor's Degree in Chemistry, Biochemistry, or Biology

• At least two years of professional experience post-graduation

• Strong skills in troubleshooting and problem-solving

• Exceptional verbal and written communication abilities

• Readiness and capability to travel frequently
