Grade A Lawyer – Associate

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.

📋 Description

• Oversee a portfolio of intricate serious injury claims from the initial strategy phase to resolution.

• Take the lead on matters related to liability, quantum, rehabilitation, interim payments, and settlement strategies.

• Collaborate closely with clients, their families, legal counsel, medical professionals, and other specialists.

• Provide guidance, supervision, and mentorship to junior team members.

• Contribute to maintaining high standards of technical quality, teamwork, and client service.

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 8 years' PQE or equivalent senior-level experience in serious injury cases.

• Demonstrated success in managing complex serious injury cases involving liability and quantum issues.

• Exceptional technical skills and comprehensive knowledge of litigation and court processes.

• Proven history of delivering high-quality client care.

• Experience in mentoring or overseeing junior colleagues.

• Strong commercial awareness and professional judgment.
