This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Romania.
• Monitoring, analyzing, and forecasting policy and legislative changes at both EU and local (CEE) levels that may influence patient access, pricing, reimbursement, and overall business viability.
• Concentrating on EU-level policy initiatives and their adaptation and execution within national frameworks.
• Delivering early policy intelligence, impact assessments, and strategic insights to aid in business decision-making.
• Assisting countries in comprehending policy modifications and facilitating policy-related changes in a coordinated and compliant manner.
• Aiding in the development and alignment of CEE-level policy positions with Sobi's priorities.
• Coordinating regional responses to pertinent consultations, initiatives, or external developments.
• Offering guidance, analysis, and argumentation support to enhance local positioning.
• A university degree.
• Experience in governmental affairs, public policy, market access, or similar roles within the pharmaceutical, healthcare, or public sectors.
• Strong understanding of EU and CEE healthcare policy landscapes, with a solid grasp of pricing & reimbursement processes, payer environments, and government affairs/policy/advocacy.
• Experience with multi-country coordination or industry associations is a plus.
• Proven multi-stakeholder project management and leadership skills, demonstrating the ability to achieve results on time and within budget.
