This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Oversee the daily operations of government programs and projects, ensuring contract performance, compliance, reporting, and invoicing are effectively monitored.
• Maintain contract documentation and address inquiries and requests from customers and vendors.
• Collaborate with both internal and external stakeholders.
• Establish, document, and adhere to processes and procedures for managing vendor and customer relationships as well as procurement.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for contract vehicle management, handling inquiries, issue resolution, and ensuring quality assurance.
• Coordinate with key stakeholders to prepare for contract renewals, evaluate client needs, meet with client leads to finalize contract requirements and scope, and create contracts.
• Execute contract administration tasks and manage contract closeouts.
• Monitor contract financials, including budget, burn rate, and forecasts.
• Identify compliance risks associated with contracts and collaborate with the internal team to develop and implement mitigation strategies.
• Carefully review contractual documents for requirements, accuracy, acceptability, executability, and legal and administrative adequacy.
• Conduct research to identify key requirements and explore how eSkillz can utilize various government contracting vehicles to provide its services and those of its vendor partners to the government.
• Keep pricing schedules updated and accurate.
• Ensure the performance and efficiency of the SEWP program, including orders and contracts.
• Act as the primary contact for SEWP clients and internal resources to facilitate SEWP order fulfillment and address risks that could affect order delivery.
• Manage the creation and maintenance of the eSkillz SEWP client-facing webpage on the corporate website.
• Oversee and ensure that appropriate resources are assigned to handle SEWP orders and produce timely responses that meet submission deadlines.
• Maintain eSkillz SEWP pricing and ordering guides.
• Identify requirements for received SEWP order requests to confirm alignment with the Contractor’s services.
• Delegate response and quote generation tasks to the eSkillz Proposal Team, ensuring compliance with SEWP procedures and policies.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues affecting response submissions.
• Generate and submit the Technology Refreshment Report to highlight current offerings.
• Ensure the integrity of SEWP catalog pricing entries to maintain compliance with SEWP’s pricing program regulations.
• Review contract specifics with Service Delivery Management to facilitate project team assignments and knowledge transfer.
• Organize Sales to Services Transition calls to brief the eSkillz Services Team on requested services and SEWP agency contacts.
• Conduct regular audits and reporting of internal processes and delivery channels related to SEWP order processing.
• Submit necessary SEWP reports, invoices, and CPARS evaluations according to SEWP procedures and policies.
• Generate and submit quotes following SEWP policies and procedures.
• Collaborate with Accounting to confirm SEWP fees and authorize payments.
• Regularly meet with the SEWP PMO to gather program feedback and identify areas for improvement.
• Participate in SEWP training sessions.
• Ensure SEWP team members attend required training.
• Monitor program activities and track order performance to guarantee that committed delivery dates are consistently met, maintaining an Excellent rating status for SEWP compliance and performance evaluations.
• Drive ongoing improvements to enhance process efficiencies and address resource allocation needs.
• Identify and interpret changes in SEWP policies to realign operational SOPs, ensuring program compliance and high performance ratings are upheld.
• Provide regular program reporting and conduct debriefs for the eSkillz Leadership Team.
• Perform various administrative tasks related to contracts and project operations.
• A minimum of 2 years of experience in generating, reviewing, and processing Federal government contracts, with a solid understanding of FAR, the Federal contracting lifecycle, and contract vehicles.
• Familiarity with GSA MAS and SEWP contract vehicles.
• Proven experience across all contract types (FFP, T&M, etc.).
• Excellent presentation, communication, documentation, organization, and consulting skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
• Strong ability to self-manage in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Capacity for strategic thinking and proactively recommending and collaboratively executing solutions with the team.
• Exceptional customer service, interpersonal, and communication skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
• Outstanding organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to juggle multiple ongoing projects effectively.
• Flexibility to plan and adapt to ensure deadlines are met while managing unexpected interruptions promptly.
• Must be eligible and willing to obtain and maintain a government clearance.
