This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Mexico.
• Implement and configure Google Analytics (GA4) properties, data streams, and measurement protocols.
• Design and deploy tracking plans that include events, parameters, and custom dimensions/metrics.
• Set up and validate tag management using Google Tag Manager.
• Audit existing analytics implementations and identify data quality issues and gaps.
• Create and maintain dashboards and reports in Looker Studio (Data Studio) and/or other BI tools.
• Translate analytical findings into clear recommendations for product, marketing, and content teams.
• Provide training and documentation for internal teams and clients on analytical best practices.
• Support the measurement of A/B testing and attribution analysis.
• Over 3 years of hands-on experience with Google Analytics implementations (GA4 preferred).
• Advanced knowledge of Google Tag Manager and experience in creating dataLayer strategies.
• Experience with Looker Studio, BigQuery, and SQL for analysis (or similar data warehouses).
• Strong understanding of web and mobile measurement, cross-domain tracking, and attribution models.
• Familiarity with consent management and privacy regulations affecting measurement (e.g., GDPR, CCPA).
• Ability to validate and troubleshoot data collection using browser development tools, network requests, and debugging tools.
• Excellent communication skills in English and Spanish (both written and verbal).
