Google Ads Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.

📋 Description

• Strategize, develop, launch, and oversee Google Search, Display, and Performance Max campaigns.

• Execute keyword research, create negative keyword lists, and refine ad copy for optimal performance.

• Track campaign performance and adjust bids, budgets, and targeting based on key performance indicators (CPL, ROAS, CTR, Quality Score).

• Establish and manage conversion tracking, Google Tag Manager, and integrations with Google Analytics.

• Conduct A/B testing on ad copy, landing pages, and bidding strategies to enhance results.

• Efficiently manage and distribute ad budgets across various campaigns.

• Produce regular performance reports with insightful analysis and actionable recommendations.

• Work collaboratively with internal team members to ensure campaign strategies align with referral program goals.

• Keep informed about updates to the Google Ads platform, policies, and industry best practices.

⛳️ Requirements

• At least 2 years of practical experience in managing Google Ads campaigns.

• Proficient in Google Ads Manager, Google Analytics, and Google Tag Manager.

• Strong comprehension of keyword match types, bidding strategies, and quality score enhancement.

• Familiarity with various campaign types including Search, Display, and Performance Max.

• Capable of data analysis, trend identification, and implementation of performance enhancements.

• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English.

• Highly organized, self-motivated, and capable of meeting deadlines independently.

• Google Ads certification is advantageous.

• Experience in the legal industry or law firm marketing is a plus.

• Willing to operate within US time zones (PST, EST, CST).

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.

• Headset/earphones with noise cancellation and webcam capable of 720p or higher resolution.
