Google Ads Demand Generation Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Ukraine.

📋 Description

• Oversee, manage, and enhance large-scale advertising initiatives on Google Ads, emphasizing Demand Gen campaigns.

• Formulate and execute robust user acquisition strategies aimed at performance and scalability.

• Collaborate closely with video creatives for YouTube and Demand Gen campaigns, which includes analyzing creative performance, generating hypotheses, and testing creatives.

• Develop comprehensive briefs and work alongside motion designers and creative teams to produce high-impact ad creatives.

• Perform thorough keyword, audience, competitor, and creative research to uncover growth potential.

• Administer campaign budgets, bidding tactics, and performance enhancements to maximize ROI and business effectiveness.

• Evaluate campaign and creative performance, recognize trends, and proactively implement improvements driven by data insights.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 1 year of practical experience in managing and optimizing Google Ads campaigns.

• Recent hands-on experience with Demand Gen campaigns within the past year.

• Solid understanding of video-centric advertising strategies, particularly for YouTube and Demand Gen campaigns.

• In-depth knowledge of Google Analytics, Google Ads metrics, attribution models, and performance analysis.

• Experience in collaborating with the creative aspects of performance marketing campaigns and scaling acquisition strategies.

• Intermediate level of English or higher.

• Strong analytical skills, meticulous attention to detail, and a data-driven mindset for decision-making.

• Results-oriented approach with a strong focus on business and performance outcomes.

• Capability to work autonomously, prioritize tasks effectively, and proactively lead initiatives.

• Familiarity with Facebook/Instagram Ads, DV360, TikTok Ads, Bing Ads, or other paid acquisition platforms would be advantageous.

• Experience working with video creatives across various paid acquisition channels.
