Google Ads App Growth Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.

📋 Description

• Oversee and enhance campaigns on Google Ads (App Campaigns)

• Emphasize post-install metrics such as activation, retention, and revenue

• Conduct 2–4 experiments weekly (including creatives, audiences, and bidding)

• Increase budget while ensuring low CPI and attracting high-quality users

• Create and evaluate benefit-oriented creatives

• Leverage AI tools for quicker execution and valuable insights

• Work collaboratively with or hire designers through platforms like Fiverr or Upwork

• Gain a deep understanding of the app, user journey, and target personas

• Provide weekly reports featuring insights and recommended actions

• Proven experience with Google Ads (App Campaigns is preferred)
