Golang Technical Interviewer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Morocco.

📋 Description

• Conduct technical interviews for roles that demand expertise in Go (Golang), evaluating candidates' skills in Go programming, concurrency handling, and integration with diverse APIs and systems.

• Collaborate closely with the recruitment team to create interview questions that are pertinent and challenging, designed to highlight the intricacies of Go and its application in scalable systems.

• Offer detailed feedback and assessments of candidates to hiring managers, focusing on both technical competencies and potential cultural alignment.

• Remain informed about the latest advancements in Go and related technologies to maintain an effective interview process.

• Strong foundation in software development with specific proficiency in Go, including knowledge of common frameworks and tools utilized within the Go ecosystem.

• Experience in technical interviewing, mentoring, or educational roles is highly desirable.
