This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.

📋 Description

• Design, create, test, implement, document, and enhance sophisticated GoHighLevel solutions spanning various brands, products, and business units.

• Collaborate with teams in Marketing, Sales, Operations, Product, Customer Success, Partnerships, HR, and Executive Leadership.

• Enhance customer lifecycle automation and refine lead routing, sales funnels, and customer communications.

• Utilize AI to enhance workflow design, automation strategy, documentation, quality assurance, and customer journey mapping.

• Collaborate across departments to deliver intelligent systems that improve customer experiences.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 3 years of practical experience with GoHighLevel.

• Proven experience in constructing intricate workflows, funnels, CRM systems, and automation processes.

• Strong grasp of sales funnels and customer lifecycle automation.

• Familiarity with websites, landing pages, calendars, forms, and email marketing initiatives.

• Excellent troubleshooting skills.

• Superior written and verbal communication skills in English.

• Exceptional organizational abilities.

• Keen attention to detail.

• Capability to work independently in a fully remote setting.

• Experience utilizing AI for diverse tasks is highly valued.
