This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Create and implement thorough, end-to-end go-to-market strategies for new product introductions and strategic projects.
• Formulate GTM plans that encompass positioning, pricing, channel strategy, enablement, launch, and measurement.
• Establish success metrics and facilitate feedback loops after product launches.
• Gather and lead stakeholders from product, sales, marketing, service, compliance, and partner management.
• Foster alignment on launch goals, deliverables, and timelines.
• Oversee interdependencies and eliminate obstacles to execution.
• Craft compelling value propositions and customize positioning for competitive edge.
• Organize sales training, broker tools, Blue Plan partner education, and FAQs.
• Ensure all supporting materials, campaigns, and digital assets are prepared for launch.
• Maintain launch roadmaps and conduct regular GTM checkpoints.
• Monitor launch readiness and proactively identify and escalate risks.
• Track adoption and adjust strategies following the launch.
• Perform additional related duties and responsibilities as assigned.
• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent military experience.
• Over 7 years of experience in product marketing, commercialization, or GTM execution in health or ancillary insurance.
• Demonstrated success in coordinating cross-functional product launches or commercialization initiatives.
• Strong program management capabilities for complex, multi-faceted projects.
• In-depth understanding of ancillary insurance, broker/partner dynamics, and the competitive landscape.
• Capacity to strategically orchestrate and align teams towards a unified launch objective.
• Excellent communication skills to convey strategy into clear actions both internally and externally.
• Proficient in utilizing data-driven insights to refine strategy, assess impact, and promote continuous improvement.
• Exceptional collaboration skills with the ability to influence and lead without direct authority.
• Experience with broker distribution and health plan partnerships is advantageous.
