
Go-to-Market, Industry Marketing Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Pennsylvania.
• Assist in the implementation of go-to-market strategies across key sectors, including Retail, Manufacturing, Transportation & Logistics, Energy, Insurance, Healthcare, and other high-growth markets.
• Create and uphold industry messaging, value propositions, client stories, and sales materials.
• Develop and manage industry-specific landing pages, webinars, marketing campaigns, nurture programs, and related marketing resources.
• Aid in launching products and commercialization efforts tailored for specific industries.
• Conduct customer interviews, market analysis, and competitive research to inform go-to-market strategies.
• Track industry developments, emerging customer demands, shifts in buying centers, and competitive landscape.
• Convert market insights into messaging, campaign suggestions, and customer-oriented content.
• Maintain industry personas, use cases, and relevant documentation.
• Design sales strategies, battle cards, presentations, customer proof points, and training resources.
• Collaborate with Sales and Business Development to enhance strategic account planning and executive discussions.
• Ensure that customer-facing messaging is consistent across various campaigns, presentations, and outreach initiatives.
• Assist in producing case studies, testimonials, and success stories specific to industries.
• Organize industry webinars, customer panels, follow-up initiatives post-conferences, and thought leadership efforts.
• Work alongside Product Marketing, Creative Services, and Digital Marketing to implement cohesive campaigns.
• Coordinate cross-departmental efforts that support strategic growth objectives.
• Facilitate AI-enhanced marketing workflows and identify avenues for automating campaign execution.
• Collaborate closely with Product, Marketing, Sales, Business Development, Customer Success, Revenue Operations, and Creative Services.
• Assist with various strategic initiatives as business priorities shift.
• Contribute to the ongoing enhancement of AccuWeather's go-to-market strategies and marketing effectiveness.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
• 4–7 years of experience in B2B Marketing, Industry Marketing, Product Marketing, Sales Enablement, or Go-to-Market roles.
• Proven experience in creating customer-facing marketing content and sales enablement resources.
• Strong comprehension of enterprise purchasing processes and customer journeys.
• Exceptional written communication, presentation, and storytelling abilities.
• Experience in managing multiple cross-functional projects concurrently.
• Robust analytical capabilities with the ability to convert customer and market insights into actionable marketing initiatives.
