Go Developer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Design, develop, and enhance RESTful APIs, primarily utilizing Go.

• Maintain and refine existing backend services.

• Implement test-driven development practices and ensure high code quality through static analysis and linting.

• Create internal CLI tools and supportive utilities.

• Work with PostgreSQL, Redis, RabbitMQ/Kafka, S3-compatible storage, and containerized environments.

• Contribute to CI/CD pipelines and manage Kubernetes deployments.

• Collaborate closely with the engineering team to deliver dependable and scalable backend solutions.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 4 years of professional experience in backend/API development.

• Strong hands-on experience with Go and building RESTful APIs.

• Familiarity with PostgreSQL, Redis, RabbitMQ or Kafka, and S3-compatible storage.

• Solid understanding of Docker, Kubernetes, and CI/CD tools such as GitLab CI or GitHub Actions.

• Proficient shell/CLI skills.

• Knowledge of Test-Driven Development and best practices for software quality.

• Must reside in Germany.

• Business-fluent German (C1).
