This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Take full ownership of the Anza Exchange business, encompassing strategy, growth, product, and P&L.

• Transition the current pilot project into a fully scaled marketplace.

• Enhance supply by onboarding equipment owners to the Exchange.

• Drive demand by transforming project teams and procurement leaders into engaged, repeat customers.

• Develop and optimize the transaction model and deal workflow.

• Establish the product roadmap and collaborate closely with engineering to execute it.

• Collaborate with Anza's commercial teams to expand the Exchange.

• Hire, mentor, and develop the Exchange team as the business grows.

• Present performance metrics and investment requirements to the CEO and executive team.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 8 years of relevant experience.

• At least 3 years of experience in building or leading a two-sided marketplace, B2B platform, or transaction-oriented business.

• Proven business development skills with a track record of closing deals with enterprise or industrial partners.

• Experience in product management, including direct collaboration with engineers to define, prioritize, and deliver features.

• P&L responsibility or clear accountability for revenue and unit economics.

• Background as a founder, early employee, or general manager of a new business line.

• Familiarity with industrial equipment, energy, construction, logistics, or other complex B2B supply chains.

• Established relationships with IPPs, developers, utilities, EPCs, or equipment OEMs.

• Ability to work hands-on within a small team while aspiring to build a large business.
