Global Web Project Manager – Growth

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Spain.

📋 Description

• Take charge of performance and foster growth through websites.

• Manage and achieve web KPIs, particularly focusing on form submissions (MALs and MQLs).

• Spot structural and user experience opportunities.

• Develop and implement conversion rate optimization (CRO) initiatives.

• Design and conduct A/B testing.

• Enhance and develop landing pages and conversion funnels.

• Conduct web quality assurance to guarantee high-quality, fast, and error-free releases.

• Assess performance utilizing tools such as GA4 and Google Search Console (GSC).

• Collaborate with the Web Analyst to convert insights into an actionable optimization roadmap.

• Turn insights and roadmap initiatives into quantifiable performance enhancements.

• Oversee website projects from ideation and prioritization to launch and post-launch backlog management.

• Establish clear project plans, timelines, and ensure stakeholder alignment.

• Work closely with Marketing, Web Developers, Web Designers, and the Web Analyst.

• Manage multiple simultaneous initiatives across different markets.

• Ensure that deliverables align with business objectives, deadlines, and growth targets.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 3 years of experience in web management, ideally within a B2B or SaaS context.

• Strong grasp of conversion rate optimization (CRO) and lead generation techniques.

• Proficiency in website analytics tools (GA4, VWO, Hotjar, etc.).

• Familiarity with content management systems (CMS), preferably HubSpot.

• Project management capabilities with the ability to juggle multiple initiatives at once.

• Excellent communication and teamwork skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams.

• Proficiency in English.
