This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Establish, develop, and continuously enhance the global technology partnership strategy to align with corporate growth goals and adapt to shifting market conditions.
• Recognize and prioritize high-impact alliances with cloud service providers, global system integrators (GSIs), and independent software vendors (ISVs) to broaden our market presence.
• Integrate partners into the fundamental go-to-market approach—co-selling, co-developing, and co-delivering alongside Product, Engineering, Sales, and Customer Experience teams to achieve shared customer success.
• Build and guide a high-achieving team of partnership professionals, cultivating a culture rooted in accountability and innovation.
• Direct high-stakes negotiations for intricate, multi-year partnership contracts that safeguard company interests while maximizing shared value.
• Propel the creation of joint solutions that guarantee interoperability and provide significant value to our collective customer base.
• Take ownership of partner-generated and partner-influenced revenue, pipeline contributions, and attach rates, while establishing stringent KPIs and partnership health metrics for the executive leadership team and Board.
• Act as a primary spokesperson and thought leader at industry gatherings, positioning Ping Identity as the preferred partner in the Identity and Access Management (IAM) domain.
• Advocate for partner requirements internally to ensure that engineering roadmaps and sales incentives uphold a "partner-first" approach.
• A minimum of 15 years in business development or technology partnerships, with at least 3–5 years in a senior leadership position (VP or equivalent).
• Extensive knowledge of the cybersecurity, Identity and Access Management (IAM), or SaaS sectors.
• Demonstrated success in building or fundamentally transforming a global partner ecosystem that generates substantial revenue impact.
• Expertise in structuring complex revenue-sharing, co-selling, and licensing agreements.
• Exceptional ability to influence C-suite stakeholders at leading global tech firms and internal executive colleagues.
• Experience managing intricate organizational frameworks and utilizing data-driven insights to guide partnership investments.
• Strong comprehension of cloud architectures, API ecosystems, and software integration methodologies.
• A history of recruiting, retaining, and nurturing diverse, high-performing global teams.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Computer Science, or a related discipline.
