This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Maryland.
• Take ownership of and implement the global commercial sales strategy to meet corporate ARR objectives.
• Oversee worldwide pipeline development, international market entry, and rapid deal execution.
• Design, implement, and enhance scalable, metrics-oriented sales playbooks for SMB and Mid-Market segments.
• Accelerate sales cycles and boost conversion rates.
• Recruit, nurture, and motivate a multi-regional team of Account Executives and sales professionals.
• Cultivate a cohesive high-performance culture centered around activity, accountability, and sales excellence.
• Position Dot Compliance as a leading QMS provider for pharmaceutical, biotechnology, and medical device firms globally.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Product, and Revenue Operations on international inbound and outbound go-to-market initiatives.
• Enhance lead routing and progression from MQL to closed-won status.
• Establish forecasting precision and pipeline management practices across global regions.
• Leverage revenue tools to give executive leadership insight into transactional volume and market performance.
• Extensive knowledge of the Quality and Life Sciences sector.
• Strong grasp of the operations of international pharmaceutical, biotech, and medical device companies, including FDA, EMA, and GxP regulatory and compliance issues.
• Over 10 years of professional sales experience.
• Significant background in global B2B SaaS commercial sales leadership.
• Demonstrated success in developing and executing repeatable sales processes for SMB and Mid-Market transactional deals.
• Experience in building, scaling, and managing high-performing global sales teams across various geographies.
• Proven ability to lead managers and second-line leaders.
• Capability to formulate long-term global revenue strategies and mentor representatives on negotiation, qualification, and closing techniques.
• Exceptional communication, presentation, and negotiation abilities.
• Based on the East Coast, preferably near Boston, NJ/NY, or the Research Triangle.
• Established relationships with Quality, IT, and Operations decision-makers in global SMB and Mid-Market Life Science companies.
• Experience in early-to-mid-stage startup environments through international scaling.
• Familiarity with Salesforce-oriented go-to-market frameworks.
