Global Value Pricing and Project Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Poland.

📋 Description

• Oversee the annual budget planning and monitoring for intricate, value-based fee structures, ensuring immediate insight into financial performance.

• Serve as the main financial advisor to Partners and client stakeholders regarding budget planning, expenditure optimization, and fee structures.

• Create, manage, and report on multi-jurisdictional matter budgets in collaboration with the Global Billing Coordinator, ensuring adherence to client OCGs.

• Oversee the complete project lifecycle for large, cross-border client initiatives spanning over 50 countries, with established governance and reporting.

• Facilitate coordination among multi-disciplinary teams (internal lawyers, local counsel, ALSPs, technology) across various time zones and workstreams.

• Proactively identify and address project risks, scheduling conflicts, and resource shortages.

• Enhance client relationship management through consistent reporting, governance meetings, and preparation of materials for partner and executive forums.

• Craft communications and presentations for leadership, showcasing excellent strategic analysis and insights.

• Identify, implement, and integrate AI-driven and legal technology solutions to enhance efficiency, quality, and matter management.

⛳️ Requirements

• Must be available to work within the 13:00–21:00 CET time frame.

• Possess 5+ years of experience in financial management/pricing and legal project management within a law firm, in-house legal department, or ALSP environment.

• Hold extensive expertise in legal matter budgeting, AFAs, compliance with outside counsel guidelines, and/or legal financial reporting.

• Exhibit exceptional communication skills, capable of preparing and presenting to senior client and firm leadership.

• Demonstrate excellent proficiency in Excel, SharePoint, and the use of CoPilot (or similar) along with AI tools for project management and workflow.

• Have proven experience in managing multi-jurisdictional legal budgets with significant budget responsibility.

• Possess experience in dedicated client service or embedded legal operations roles.

• Have exposure to cross-border regulatory, M&A, or commercial matters.

• Hold a working knowledge of legal AI platforms such as Harvey, Legora, or comparable tools.
