Global Transitions Lead

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Illinois, +3 more states.

📋 Description

• Act as a key strategic member of the senior leadership team, tasked with enhancing excellence in the transitions of lease administration.

• Partner with Sales, Account Leadership, Commercial teams, and other JLL Workstream Leads to facilitate smooth onboarding and integration of lease administration services.

• Supervise the comprehensive management of lease administration transitions for assigned clients and services across all global regions.

• Develop and sustain strong relationships with essential internal stakeholders in Sales, Account Management, Operations, Finance, Legal, JLL Technologies, and supportive functions.

• Set and uphold stringent quality standards for the migration of lease administration data, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and adherence to contractual obligations.

• Track and report on critical performance indicators concerning transition scope, schedule, budget, and customer satisfaction.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 10 years of experience in lease administration, transitions management, project/program management, or account management.

• In-depth knowledge of lease administration systems and processes, including CoStar (required), Yardi, or comparable platforms.

• Demonstrated success in managing complex, large-scale transitions across various functional areas and geographic locations.

• Experience in driving process transformation and leveraging emerging technologies, including AI-driven tools.

• Client-facing experience in account management, consulting, or serving as an internal client advocate.

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Information Technology, Real Estate, or a related field (required).

• Change management certification (Prosci) or Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is a plus.
