This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Mexico.
• Assist in managing projects related to system maintenance and enhancements.
• Support system upgrades, conduct testing, troubleshoot issues, and provide user training.
• Work in collaboration with the IT department to resolve problems and implement enhancements.
• Develop, revise, and execute trade policies to ensure compliance with regulations.
• Oversee compliance, perform audits, and conduct reviews.
• Design dashboards that provide real-time insights into trade operations.
• Generate executive-level reports summarizing key metrics and performance results.
• Identify areas for improvement and recommend automation and systemic enhancements.
• Improve the accuracy of data, reporting, and workflows.
• Maintain precise records for audits and compliance purposes.
• Compile reports for internal and external stakeholders.
• Create and deliver training sessions on trade tools, policies, and metrics.
• Educate teams about compliance requirements while promoting a culture of continuous learning.
• Bachelor’s degree in International Business, Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or a related field.
• Previous internship or coursework in international trade, logistics, or supply chain is preferred.
• Proficient in English communication, both verbal and written.
• Basic understanding of import/export processes and global trade regulations.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and familiar with trade management software (e.g., Oracle, SAP).
• Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving abilities.
• Detail-oriented, adaptable, and capable of prioritizing tasks in a dynamic environment.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
