This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Argentina.
• Assist in managing projects related to system maintenance and enhancements.
• Provide support for upgrades, testing, troubleshooting, and user training.
• Work alongside IT to address issues and implement improvements.
• Create, update, and implement trade policies to ensure compliance with regulations.
• Monitor adherence, perform reviews, and assist with audits.
• Design dashboards to offer real-time insights into trade operations.
• Generate executive-level reports summarizing key metrics and performance outcomes.
• Identify inefficiencies and propose automation and systemic enhancements.
• Improve data accuracy, reporting, and workflows.
• Ensure maintenance of accurate records for audits and compliance purposes.
• Prepare reports for both internal and external stakeholders.
• Develop and conduct training programs on trade tools, policies, and metrics.
• Educate teams on compliance requirements and promote a culture of continuous learning.
• A Bachelor’s degree in International Business, Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or related disciplines.
• Internship experience or coursework in international trade, logistics, or supply chain is preferred.
• Proficiency in English communication, both verbal and written.
• Basic understanding of import/export processes and global trade regulations.
• Skilled in Microsoft Office Suite and familiar with trade management software (e.g., Oracle, SAP).
• Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving capabilities.
• Attention to detail, adaptability, and the ability to prioritize tasks in a dynamic environment.
• Effective collaboration skills with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
