Global Talent Sourcer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Malaysia.

📋 Description

• Identify, source, and engage exceptional talent for both U.S. and international positions (technical and non-technical).

• Perform initial screening interviews to evaluate qualifications, experience, and cultural compatibility.

• Compile and present detailed candidate packages, which include:

• - Screening notes

• - Reference checks (if applicable)

• - Written recommendations outlining candidate suitability

• Establish and maintain global talent pipelines.

• Leverage sourcing tools such as LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search, job boards, referrals, and networking.

• Collaborate with recruiters and hiring managers to synchronize sourcing strategies.

• Keep updated on regional hiring trends and market challenges.

• Ensure clear and professional communication with candidates throughout the recruitment process.

• Demonstrated experience in sourcing talent on a global scale as well as within the U.S.

• Capability to modify sourcing strategies for various markets.

• Experience in sourcing for both technical and non-technical positions.

• Proficient in sourcing tools (LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search, ATS, job boards).

• Comfortable conducting virtual interviews using platforms like Zoom and Google Meet.

• Strong organizational and time-management abilities.

• Excellent communication skills and stakeholder management capabilities.
