This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.
• Dynamic full-cycle recruiting, encompassing sourcing, screening, scheduling, and guiding candidates through to offers and contracts across various roles and regions simultaneously and efficiently.
• Proactive multi-channel outreach; you initiate extensive outreach across LinkedIn, cold channels, and more, prioritizing pipeline development over solely relying on existing sourcing channels.
• Always-prepared talent pools, sustain warm and engaged pipelines of pre-qualified candidates ready to be matched immediately when a need arises, ensuring we never start from scratch.
• Engaging with candidates, maintain relationships with talent throughout the process, ensuring they feel valued beyond mere transactional interactions.
• Ownership of offers and contracts, manage the structuring of offers and the coordination of contracts through to signature.
• Onboarding transition, oversee contractual agreements and integrate new hires with their line managers for onboarding, ensuring a smooth handoff (people-ops responsibilities are intentionally limited to contracts and onboarding transition—this is not a broad HR generalist position).
• AI-driven sourcing, leverage AI and automation tools for sourcing, enriching, and outreach at scale; this is integral to your work methodology, not an afterthought.
• 4–5+ years of experience in talent acquisition or talent operations at a high-growth startup or agency where you have managed execution end-to-end.
• Experience in global hiring, comfortably recruiting across various countries and regions without limitations on the markets you represent.
• AI-savvy sourcer, proficient in building and utilizing AI/automation tools for sourcing, enrichment, and outreach. This is essential; we operate quickly and rely on AI to facilitate this.
• Assertive and proactive, actively seeking talent, developing pipelines in advance of needs, and taking initiative without waiting for direction. Driven by results and efficiency.
• Thrives in uncertainty, energized rather than hindered by a fast-paced, unstructured environment. You create your own framework.
• Proficient in English, both written and spoken, working fully remotely in an asynchronous manner within a globally distributed team.
• Adaptable and informal, where speed, change, and direct ownership are standard practices.
