Global Talent Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Mexico.

📋 Description

• Oversee and lead the corporate recruiting team to facilitate global hiring efforts and ensure top-notch recruiting services for hiring managers.

• Engage directly in recruitment activities and manage searches while offering guidance, coaching, and best practices to the recruiting team.

• Enhance WAI’s employer brand and improve the candidate experience through standardized recruiting processes, communication norms, and effective candidate engagement.

• Collaborate with hiring managers and HR Business Partners to align recruiting strategies with the organization's talent requirements.

• Create and manage a workforce planning tool to aid in forecasting, prioritizing, and planning global hiring needs.

• Work alongside business leaders and HR teams to anticipate workforce needs and assist in long-term talent planning.

• Aid the HR Operations team in establishing governance and standards for global contractor engagement.

• Contribute to the harmonization of onboarding processes and support HR coordination across various regions.

• Develop and maintain talent analytics and reporting that encompass recruitment, hiring, onboarding, retention, engagement, performance management, and talent development.

• Discover opportunities to simplify, standardize, and automate recruiting and HR processes.


⛳️ Requirements

• A Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is essential.

• A Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a similar discipline is preferred.

• At least 8 years of progressively responsible experience in talent acquisition and talent management.

• A minimum of 2 years in a leadership or supervisory role overseeing recruiting teams or similar functions.

• Proven recruiting experience within the United States labor market is required.

• Experience in supporting global or multi-country hiring environments is preferred.

• Familiarity with Paylocity HRIS or similar HR systems is advantageous.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Strong organizational and project management capabilities.

• Proficient in problem-solving and analytical thinking.

• Advanced skills in Microsoft Office applications.

• Experience with HRIS systems, Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), HR technology platforms, and data analytics tools.

• Fluency in English is mandatory.

• Professional proficiency in Spanish, French, Dutch, or Polish is considered a plus.

• This position may require occasional international travel, estimated at less than 15%, including trips to the United States (Visa required) and other regions for team meetings, collaboration with HR leaders, and enhancing business understanding.
