This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Colombia.
• Oversee and guide the corporate recruiting team to facilitate global hiring efforts and deliver high-quality recruitment services to hiring managers.
• Engage directly in recruitment processes and manage searches while offering direction, coaching, and best practices to the recruiting team.
• Enhance WAI’s employer brand and candidate experience through standardized recruiting processes, communication protocols, and effective candidate engagement strategies.
• Collaborate with hiring managers and HR Business Partners to ensure recruiting strategies are aligned with the organization's talent requirements.
• Create and oversee a workforce planning tool to aid in forecasting, prioritizing, and planning for global hiring demands.
• Assist the HR Operations team in establishing governance and standards for global contractor engagement.
• Help manage aspects of the contractor lifecycle process on the HR side in collaboration with HR, Finance, and business stakeholders.
• Develop and sustain talent analytics and reporting that encompasses recruitment, hiring, onboarding, retention, engagement, performance management, and talent development.
• Identify opportunities to streamline, standardize, and automate recruiting and HR processes.
• Mentor, engage, and develop the recruiting team to ensure effective performance and alignment with global talent acquisition objectives.
• A Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is essential.
• At least 8 years of progressive experience in talent acquisition and talent management.
• A minimum of 2 years in a leadership or supervisory role managing recruiting teams or similar functions.
• Proven recruiting experience within the United States labor market.
• Experience in supporting global or multi-country hiring environments is preferred.
• Familiarity with Paylocity HRIS or similar HR systems is preferred.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational and project management skills.
• Proficient in problem-solving and analytical thinking.
• Advanced skills in Microsoft Office applications.
• Experience utilizing HRIS systems, Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), HR technology platforms, and data analytics tools.
• Proficiency in English is required.
• Professional proficiency in Spanish, French, Dutch, or Polish is considered a plus.
