This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.
• Lead and oversee the corporate recruiting team to facilitate global hiring initiatives and ensure exceptional recruiting services for hiring managers.
• Engage directly in recruiting efforts and manage searches while offering guidance, coaching, and best practices to the recruiting team.
• Enhance WAI’s employer brand and candidate experience through consistent recruitment processes, communication standards, and effective engagement with candidates.
• Collaborate with hiring managers and HR Business Partners to ensure recruiting strategies align with organizational talent needs.
• Create and manage a workforce planning tool to aid in forecasting, prioritization, and planning of global hiring requirements.
• Work alongside business leaders and HR teams to anticipate workforce demands and support long-term talent planning.
• Assist the HR Operations team in defining governance and standards for global contractor engagement.
• Contribute to the standardization of onboarding processes and assist with HR coordination across regions.
• Help manage elements of the contractor lifecycle process in collaboration with HR, Finance, and business stakeholders.
• Develop and sustain talent analytics and reporting that encompass recruitment, hiring, onboarding, retention, engagement, performance management, and talent development.
• Collaborate with leaders and stakeholders worldwide to enhance recruiting processes and workforce planning.
• Actively participate in HR projects, initiatives, and task forces that support global HR priorities.
• Undertake additional responsibilities and tasks as assigned by management.
• A bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is required.
• A minimum of 8 years of progressive experience in talent acquisition and talent management.
• At least 2 years of leadership or supervisory experience managing recruiting teams or similar functions.
• Proven recruiting experience within the United States labor market.
• Experience in supporting global or multi-country hiring environments is preferred.
• Familiarity with Paylocity HRIS or similar HR systems is preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Skills in organization and project management.
• Proficient problem-solving and analytical thinking skills.
• Adaptability and capacity to manage multiple priorities.
• Self-motivated with the ability to work effectively in a remote setting while maintaining engagement and collaboration.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office tools.
• Experience utilizing HRIS systems, Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), HR technology platforms, and data analytics tools.
• Fluency in English is required.
• Professional proficiency in Spanish, French, Dutch, or Polish is considered an advantage.
