This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Indonesia.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to establish role requirements, prioritize hiring needs, and outline candidate profiles for the APAC and EMEA regions.
• Oversee the complete recruitment process, which includes sourcing, screening, interviewing, offer negotiation, and onboarding coordination.
• Develop and sustain a diverse pipeline of candidates by utilizing proactive sourcing methods (LinkedIn, job boards, talent communities) and employee referrals.
• Guarantee a positive candidate experience through timely communication and clear expectations throughout the recruitment process.
• Create and implement targeted sourcing strategies to engage both passive and active candidates across various countries and languages.
• Work in conjunction with marketing and talent teams to produce regionally relevant employer branding content and recruitment campaigns.
• Represent Asiacruit at both virtual and in-person recruitment events, university collaborations, and industry meetups as necessary.
• Serve as a trusted advisor to hiring managers by providing market insights, compensation benchmarks, and hiring timelines.
• Establish and document recruitment processes, interview guides, and scorecards to enhance hiring consistency and quality.
• Monitor and report on recruitment metrics (time-to-fill, time-to-hire, source of hire, offer acceptance rate, diversity metrics) for APAC and EMEA.
• A minimum of 3 years of full-cycle recruitment experience in supporting APAC, EMEA, or other international regions, ideally within the technology, professional services, or HR solutions sectors.
• Demonstrated experience in sourcing and hiring for positions across various levels and functions utilizing a range of channels and tools.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication abilities, with the capability to influence hiring outcomes and timelines.
• Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS), sourcing platforms, and recruitment analytics.
• Proficient English communication skills, both written and verbal; additional language skills pertinent to APAC or EMEA are a plus.
• Comfortable coordinating across different time zones with flexible working hours as needed for regional collaboration.
