Global Talent Acquisition Lead

📋 Description

• Manage the comprehensive recruitment process for all technical positions, including Software Developers, AI/ML Engineers, and Solution Architects.

• Create and implement innovative, metrics-driven sourcing strategies to attract and engage passive candidates within the competitive AI and software development talent market.

• Conduct thorough intake meetings, ensure ongoing calibration, and guide hiring managers on best practices for interviews and talent evaluation.

• Leverage a deep understanding of startup hiring dynamics, compensation expectations, and the urgency of recruitment for all searches.

• Provide proactive market insights to leadership regarding talent availability, compensation trends, and competitor activities in both technical and non-technical sectors.

• Take complete responsibility for all assigned requisitions, managing candidate pipelines, achieving ambitious hiring goals, and maintaining transparent communication on status and potential risks.

• Continuously assess and enhance recruitment processes and tools (ATS management, scorecards, email templates) to boost efficiency and candidate quality.

• Utilize recruiting metrics (time-to-hire, source of hire, pipeline conversion rates) to make data-driven decisions and report progress to leadership.

• Act as a versatile resource for the People team by supporting various HR administrative and documentation tasks as required.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 3 years of full-cycle recruiting experience, particularly in hiring Software Developers or Engineers within a technology or startup setting.

• Demonstrated strategic insight into the challenges and competitive landscape for technical talent in the AI/software sector.

• High energy level, a strong sense of ownership, urgency, and a proactive approach to developing candidate pipelines.

• Proficiency in modern sourcing tools (e.g., LinkedIn Recruiter, specialized technical platforms).
