Global Study Manager II

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Argentina.

📋 Description

• Offers operational leadership throughout the entire study lifecycle.

• Manages and executes study and site management activities.

• Maintains in-depth knowledge within their designated Therapeutic Area.

• Drives the achievement of operational deliverables.

• Authorizes and oversees drug supply management processes.

• Ensures oversight of vendors managed by Study Operations Managers (SOMs).

• Develops and evaluates study startup, monitoring, protocol recruitment, and training plans.

⛳️ Requirements

• Comprehensive understanding of study management processes and deliverables.

• Experience in study management and leadership roles.

• Background in overseeing Contract Research Organizations (CROs) and vendors.

• Proficiency in written and spoken English is essential.

• Willingness to work beyond standard business hours, as necessary, to support global trials or initiatives.

• Ability to travel as needed, including for Investigator Meetings (IMs), vendor kick-off and re-set meetings, and internal global or departmental meetings with clients.

• Bachelor’s of Science or Bachelor’s of Arts degree with at least 7 years of relevant operational clinical trial experience is required.

• Master’s of Science or Master’s of Business Administration degree with a minimum of 6 years of relevant operational clinical trial experience is required.

• A scientific or technical degree is preferred, along with extensive knowledge of clinical trial methodology.
