Global Study Manager, Hematology

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Spain.

📋 Description

• Oversee clinical trial operations, collaborating with your team and stakeholders to achieve outstanding results across our clinical programs.

• Your primary responsibility will be to coordinate the delivery of clinical trial management, troubleshoot issues, and enhance team capabilities.

• Manage the clinical portion of the budget to ensure optimal resource allocation.

• Create monitoring plans and tools to guarantee effective oversight of studies.

• Provide training and mentorship to Clinical Research Associates (CRAs) to enhance their effectiveness.

• Propel enrollment efforts and lead study start-up activities, ensuring adherence to timelines.

• Review trip reports and enact corrective and preventive action plans when necessary.

• Cultivate strong relationships with Sponsors, vendors, and cross-functional teams.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 4+ years of experience in a Clinical Trial Management role within a CRO or Pharmaceutical Organization.

• Bachelor's degree in health, life sciences, or other related fields.

• At least 10+ years of pertinent experience in clinical trial management.

• Preferred: 2+ years of monitoring experience.

• Experience in overseeing complex or global trials is a plus.

• Preferred: Background in managing all trial components from initiation to database lock.

• Preferred: Experience in coaching or mentoring other CTMs, leading a team of CTMs, and engaging in departmental initiatives.

• Willingness to travel as needed (approximately 25%).
