This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Poland, +3 more countries.
• Assist in the formulation and implementation of the Light Industry Business Unit Strategy.
• Direct specific strategies within the Light Industry sector.
• Oversee and/or assist with the activation of Regional Strategy, which includes Growth Navigator initiatives and Sector Playbooks.
• Identify priority sectors and sub-sectors at the country, regional, and global scales.
• Provide support for Executive, RVP, and GSA meetings to ensure alignment and tracking of strategy execution.
• Spearhead VOC and Blueprinting initiatives for emerging adjacent markets and technologies.
• Aid in the M&A strategy and pinpoint external growth opportunities within the light industrial sector.
• Direct capability and growth projects throughout the business.
• Take charge of gathering accredited market data for SAM, market size, market segmentation, and CAGR analysis.
• Develop persuasive sector value propositions.
• Manage narrative creation for IPO and Investor Relations activities.
• Lead strategic marketing efforts for Light Industry and related technologies, analyzing market trends, customer needs, competitive dynamics, and growth prospects.
• Monitor top-line revenue, gross profit, EBITDA, incremental profitable growth, and the execution of initiatives according to project plans.
• Ideally possess over 10 years of experience in innovation, product development, strategic marketing, or business development roles at both regional and global levels.
• Strong B2B experience in a multinational setting.
• Background in Light Industry, water management solutions, process chemistry, specialty chemicals, or related industrial markets.
• In-depth knowledge of cooling water, boiler water, wastewater treatment, water reuse, asset protection, sustainability initiatives, and operational efficiency programs.
• Solid understanding of light industry sectors and customer challenges, especially in manufacturing, food & beverage, commercial facilities, data centers, pharma, micro-electronics, and other water-intensive sectors.
• Demonstrated capability to craft market strategies, value propositions, and growth plans for technical solutions and services within the light industry.
• Strong collaborative skills with the ability to engage across various organizational levels.
• Proficient in English, with high fluency.
• Proficiency in additional regional languages is an advantage.
• Excellent analytical skills and a methodical approach to work.
• Highly customer-focused with a profound comprehension of light industry markets and client needs.
• Outstanding communication and stakeholder management abilities.
• Strategic thinker with the capacity to identify, assess, and cultivate new growth opportunities.
