Global Strategic Account Director

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in North Carolina, +1 more state.

📋 Description

• Design and oversee strategies, partnerships, and teams that support Cytiva's major global accounts.

• Initiate and manage executive engagements, collaborations, and negotiations.

• Cultivate enduring and meaningful relationships at the C-suite level.

• Tackle complex or unique business challenges by utilizing advanced critical thinking skills.

• Negotiate effectively by leveraging knowledge and expertise when engaging with highly intricate relationships.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 10 years of experience in the life sciences, biotechnology, and biopharmaceutical sectors.

• A Bachelor's degree is mandatory.

• An advanced scientific degree and an MBA are highly preferred.

• Willingness to travel up to 50% (including overnight, international, and air travel).

• Must possess a valid driver’s license with a satisfactory driving record.
