β’ Initiate and manage executive engagements, collaborations, and negotiations.
β’ Cultivate enduring and meaningful relationships at the C-suite level.
β’ Tackle complex or unique business challenges by utilizing advanced critical thinking skills.
β’ Negotiate effectively by leveraging knowledge and expertise when engaging with highly intricate relationships.
β’ Over 10 years of experience in the life sciences, biotechnology, and biopharmaceutical sectors.
β’ A Bachelor's degree is mandatory.
β’ An advanced scientific degree and an MBA are highly preferred.
β’ Willingness to travel up to 50% (including overnight, international, and air travel).
β’ Must possess a valid driverβs license with a satisfactory driving record.
