This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Poland.
• Oversee intricate global and local implementations by utilizing extensive country-specific knowledge of systems, regulations, and operations to provide customized, impactful solutions for clients.
• Facilitate country-specific workshops that require relevant local expertise (including systems, tools, and regulations), ensuring clients comprehend the services in scope, local delivery requirements, processes, timelines, testing, and operational readiness, while translating complex subjects into straightforward, actionable guidance.
• As a Senior Expert, possess a broad knowledge base that entails the responsibility of ensuring adherence to methodology and standards, while also supporting colleagues and actively suggesting enhancements.
• Act as the solution and country Subject Matter Expert (SME): responsible for updating the GIP's internal global and local country documentation, assisting other GIP team members, and serving as the primary contact for delivery and a reference point for sales opportunities.
• In the role of Global Test Lead, establish a complex testing strategy that integrates global and local elements, align stakeholders, and oversee all testing phases to guarantee that systems function correctly, integrate seamlessly, and fulfill contractual specifications.
• Deliver precise and compliant regulatory, operational, and system guidance at the country level to facilitate high-quality deployments.
• Ensure adherence to Strada’s methodology and standards, support colleagues as a senior expert, and actively propose improvements. Assist global implementation teams and the Service Transition workstream on all matters concerning specific countries or country solutions.
• Identify and manage risks throughout the transition workstream, safeguarding timelines, deliverables, governance requirements, and overall project quality as the country-specific SME.
• Ensure that clients and internal teams have a clear understanding of the contracted scope, delivery model, and system landscape, acting as the main point of clarity during the transition.
• Track progress and confirm readiness at each phase of implementation.
• Encourage and facilitate the adoption of global and local service delivery tools across all teams.
• Execute and oversee test execution and defect management as necessary to ensure full readiness prior to go-live.
• Onboard and support Local ST Consultants during country-level deployments, ensuring alignment with global processes and timelines.
• Act as a liaison between global central teams, local project teams, and STRADA's internal and external stakeholders.
• Travel domestically and internationally as needed to support workshops, training sessions, testing, deployments, and transition activities.
• Over 5 years of experience in implementation services; experience as a Global-Local ST Consultant, CTT Consultant, or Country ST Specialist is advantageous.
• More than 5 years of HR & Payroll operations experience in a Strada core country; global or multi-country experience is desirable.
• Strong expertise in local HR, payroll, regulatory, compliance, and statutory landscapes, with the capability to align local requirements with the global framework and implementation methodology.
• Proven ability to effectively coordinate across clients, operations, technical teams, and program/project management.
• Excellent communication and customer-facing skills; adept at conveying complex topics to both business and technical audiences and leading workshops with multiple participants.
• Proficient in English (both written and verbal); knowledge of additional languages is a plus.
• Highly organized, analytical, and capable of managing multiple projects at once. Strong PC skills (Microsoft tools), experience with Smartsheet, and familiarity with AI tools used in implementation services.
