This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Establish and lead a global sourcing analytics team that supports GEV Centralized Indirect Sourcing.
• Conduct market research, identify suppliers, develop RFX, perform should-cost analysis, and carry out bid analysis and evaluation.
• Create and implement standardized commercial practices, processes, procedures, controls, and systems.
• Develop and sustain the procurement playbook.
• Oversee master data management solutions for Centralized Indirect Sourcing.
• Collaborate with business, finance, and digital teams to maintain data on business-unit taxonomy, financial/legal entities, suppliers, and spend mapping.
• Manage and enhance spend management tools and data collection.
• Conduct category-specific spend and savings analysis.
• Provide expertise in reporting capabilities.
• Direct category analytics, cash analytics, and manage the preferred supplier list.
• Spearhead Savings Management initiatives and the GEV-level savings strategy and roadmap.
• Drive the implementation of LEAN principles.
• Foster user/requestor engagement and tool/process adoption through project execution and coaching.
• Act as a trusted thought partner to the Sourcing Operations Leader and CPO.
• Define and implement the future-state sourcing vision through process harmonization, systems simplification, advanced analytics, and digital innovation.
• Lead GenAI enablement, governance, and enterprise capability development.
• Extensive experience in Sourcing, Operations, Supply Chain, Commercial, IT, Data Analytics, or comparable consulting experience.
• Significant experience in directly leading teams.
• Proven ability to lead large-scale organizational, process, and cultural change.
• For roles in the USA, a Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university or college, or a high school diploma/GED with significant experience in the relevant job family or function.
• MBA or a Bachelor’s degree in Sourcing, Supply Chain Management, Finance, IT, Data Analytics, or Engineering, or equivalent experience/knowledge.
• Strong background in Procurement processes and system integration projects.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Sourcing or Analytics experience in a multinational organization.
• Proficient with a diverse range of research tools and technologies, analytics, and financial analysis.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication abilities.
• Strong project management skills.
• Experience with external benchmarking.
• Proven track record of implementing change and achieving results.
