This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Provide daily leadership, coaching, and support for career development to the Global Leasing Coordinators.
• Oversee the daily distribution of workloads, work queues, and lease pipelines to uphold service standards and operational effectiveness.
• Conduct regular audits of leases, financial transactions, Salesforce entries, Oscar records, and operational documents to ensure compliance and quality.
• Manage intricate lease transactions, renewals, extensions, early departures, and other non-standard leasing situations.
• Assess lease agreements, reservation information, partner invoices, and financial records to ensure accuracy, profitability, and compliance.
• Track partner performance in relation to Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
• Collaborate with Apartment Services to proactively address pre-arrival concerns.
• Act as the primary escalation point for complex lease-related issues.
• Create and execute SOPs, workflow enhancements, and automation initiatives.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Hospitality, or a similar field.
• Over 4 years of experience in the furnished housing industry, including apartment procurement or supply chain management.
• More than 5 years of experience in managing individuals or teams.
• Strong analytical abilities and problem-solving skills.
• Proficient in Salesforce or a similar CRM platform.
• Fluent in reading, writing, speaking, and understanding English.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
