This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• The position of Software Sales Manager is crucial for ensuring customer satisfaction, enhancing platform utilization, and fostering overall business growth.
• Oversee customer relationships and facilitate adoption.
• Deliver frontline sales leadership, coaching, and performance management for the sales/account management functions.
• Take ownership of achieving team revenue goals, including new business acquisition, renewals, expansion revenue, and customer retention targets.
• Propel predictable revenue growth through effective pipeline management, accurate forecasting, and execution.
• Guide, mentor, and develop Account Executives and Account Managers to optimize both individual and team performance.
• Cultivate and sustain strong relationships with key Customer Stakeholders, ensuring a comprehensive understanding of their business objectives, challenges, and success metrics.
• Build talent pipelines and succession plans to support organizational growth.
• Assess pipeline health, opportunity progression, sales cycle efficiency, and forecast accuracy across the organization.
• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience.
• Over 7 years of experience in SaaS direct sales leadership and customer success within the life sciences/pharmaceutical regulatory sectors.
• Customer-focused mindset with a dedication to aiding customer success and delivering outstanding service.
• Strong learning orientation with the ability to thoroughly understand software and pharmaceutical regulatory landscapes.
• Excellent organizational skills with effective time management and prioritization capabilities.
• Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
• Technical expertise with CRM systems, data analysis tools, and emerging technologies.
• Familiarity with the eQMS market and regulatory/compliance frameworks for life sciences is advantageous.
• Previous experience in coaching, mentoring, or leading sales/account teams is highly preferred.
