This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Wisconsin.
• Lead a cross-functional team to ensure the successful delivery of all Channel partner program(s) objectives within the designated regions.
• Propel Channel Partner growth initiatives to meet service, quality, and timeliness goals for the regions.
• Serve as the liaison between the region and the internal business team, overseeing the flow of information and requests.
• Ensure prompt resolution of issues, keeping the regions updated on the program's progress, and negotiating changes, variations, and solutions to challenges.
• Accountable for compliance with contract services, operations, and performance specifications, along with financial and technical metrics.
• Analyze straightforward internal and external business challenges and propose best practices to enhance products, processes, or services.
• Exceptional leadership abilities.
• Strong interpersonal capabilities.
• Proficient oral and written communication skills.
• Robust program execution expertise.
• Strategic mindset and clear analytical thinking.
• Extensive experience in Product Management and Program Management for roles outside of the USA.
• A college degree from an accredited university or college (or a high school diploma/GED coupled with at least 8 years of relevant experience in Job Family Group(s)/Function(s)) for positions within the USA.
